2026/2027 Course Selection Guide
Incoming Freshmen Information
Incoming 9th graders, coming from non-MCS schools (Prescott, Somerset), should have received a letter in the mail with their High School Registration and Balloting Information. This will provide usernames and passwords so your child can ballot for next year’s courses.
All parents will need to update and upload important registration information required for their child (Proof of Age, Proof of Residency, Immunization Records, Photo ID of Parent/Guardian, and other documents as needed) through PowerHub, the Parent Portal for PowerSchool.
The course selection worksheets will be delivered to their current school at the end of January or early February.
Current Davis Students Information
Counselors will start the course selection process by passing out the worksheets during English classes. This year, that will be between January 20th and January 23rd.
Counselors will meet with each student individually to review their worksheets, their academic progress towards graduation, credit recovery options if needed, and post-secondary plans. Students will be instructed to log back into their SchooLinks accounts and review their next year’s course selections for accuracy. Please review the schedule below to see when students will meet with their counselor.
If students need further help, it is advised that they reach out to their counselors during the week that their grade level is meeting. Students may also call the counseling office at (209) 574-1679 with general questions or for assistance.
