Enroll at GDHS

We would love to help you enroll your child at Grace M. Davis High School.  In order to make the process go as smooth as possible, we have provided a list of documents for you to review.

Step 1:

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO ENROLL YOUR CHILD:

  • Photo ID of Parent/Guardian

  • Proof of Residency (a current utility bill, rental/mortgage receipt, paystub, or other government correspondence)

  • Proof of Age (birth certificate, passport, physician's affidavit, or baptismal certificate)

  • Immunization Records (including 2 Varicella and a Tdap after the age of 7)

  • Additional paperwork may be necessary depending on individual circumstances (ie. IEP/504 plans, Custody agreements, Living Situations, Transcripts and/or Withdrawal Grades depending on the time of year of enrollment)

Step 2:

After you have gathered the required documents, you are ready to begin to register your child with Modesto City Schools at the link below..
